Dear <Name>,
A major problem with information is simply that many people
do not understand its true, intrinsic value. Because it is
often intangible, it is often viewed as dispensable resource,
not worthy of protection. This outlook has over the years
been responsible for substantial losses to a wide range of
organizations. Lack of awareness can therefore be costly.
Expenditure on addressing this is therefore sound investment.
 |
As mentioned elsewhere, security awareness should be part and parcel of the organization's culture. This is not easy to achieve, but definitely needs to be addressed. Security is really about empowering employees to stick with their organization’s goals, helping them understand the risks and vulnerabilities in the workplace and educating them on what they can do to make information security a priority. Everyone can play a part in the awareness exercise. |
| In conjunction with SingHealth Group, M.Tech would like to invite you to join us in the Security Awareness Day on the following schedules at respective venues: |
Duration:
12:00 - 17:00 PM for all three dates and locations
